welcome and thank you all to visit my blog.Nowadays most rising problem which takes place in all over the world is obesity and all of us are rushing to find out the solution for that.Before this i want to share some thing about how is obesity fomed? And what is the main cause? The obesity takes place only when we intake some excessive amount of energy from food.Eating more amount of food daily results obesity.Initially we are not monitoring our health conscious and running to find out a result.This is the first mistake we all doing and have to face many consequences like cancer,heart disease,osteoarthritis etc., In order to relieve from this just follow my steps.
STEP 1:Eat a food when you are in hungry because why i'm saying this means
our body need's some energy on that time we will get hungry.so eat frequently at any time when you are getting hungry.At the same time don't eat any food when you are not in hungry.
STEP 2:Try to avoid eating foods like noodles,sanwich,pizza,meat and foods containing carbohydrate content.
STEP 3:mostly try to eat green vegetables and fruits.In morning take more fruits instead of taking coffee and tea which contains more cholestrol.
STEP 4:Sleep only 6-8 hours a day and don't try to sleep more than this timings.
STEP 5:Daily take a walk at morning 5-7 will give a some changes in our body gives more energy thus results you to do some work instead of being lazy.
STEP 6:Do some work which gives you some swepting.Because our body contains more toxins(un-wanted particles) in order to emit all the toxins outside do some more hard work like exercises which results emission of more swepting outside.That means clearly we came to know automatically fatty substance which have been deposited in our body will be emitted by this process.
STEP 7:Dieting is also a process which will do some favour to overcome from obesity.since there is a limit for everything don't be over dieting which cause some other effects to our body.
STEP 8:Finally we have to follow the last step is monitor our body level daily.This will gives you some idea about our body.check the weight daily is our body weight is decreasing gradually.If it is reducing just follow the same.Otherwise put more effort to see good result.
Follow all this steps to make you to see like healthier and good looking.
all this steps will not fulfill our need in order to make this successful you have to make a aim to decrease our weight and work hard to succeed it.Instead of blaming others.Frankly saying my words gives you only the path for our success
you only have to find our destiny and have to survive It.
